experienced professionals with positive attitudes & personality to fill the
following position:
PASTRY SOUS CHEF (COLETTE
& LOLA)
DESCRIPTIONS :
- Second in command in the kitchen
- The Assistant Head Chef/Kitchen Manager assists the Head Chef/Kitchen
Manager in managing the kitchen Staff and running all aspects of the daily
operations in the kitchen.
- He is actively in charge of the opening or closing of the kitchen.
- He/she has received training for all kitchen positions in the restaurant.
- Assistant Managers are expected to have the ability to train new kitchen
team members including Kitchen Supervisors.
- And generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen
area and crew.
REQUIREMENT :
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Sous Chef : Minimum of 5 years experience in kitchen area as a CDP or 2
years as a Sous Chef.
- CDP : Minimum 2 years as CDP
- Able to prepare and cook various meals.
- Creativity and ingenuity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control.
- Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard
recipes and portions set by company qualification.
- Good in English.
- Good attitude and communication skill.
- Well groomed and Presentable.
- Willing to work late hours.
- Physically and mentally fit.
