BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
(BD)
Business Development Job Purpose:
-
Builds networking channel to the industry for business
incubator and open new branches outside Jakarta
-
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining,
negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Business Development Job Duties:
-
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and
related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual
contributors and their accomplishments.

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting
potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
-
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market
strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options;
resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying
integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining
risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements;
developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with
business operations.

Bachelor degree of any major but preferable in Communication
(PR/Marketing/Broadcast/Advertising), Business or Management

Having minimum 3 years experience in creative media industry
or relevant industry

Enjoy dealing with people, Fun & Caring; have Passion in
Education field

Fluent in English, both speaking & writing

Having knowledge about basic administration skills

Good proficiency in MS Office (MS Words, MS Excel & MS
Power Point) and internet literate

Having great interpersonal skills, friendly, diligent,
details, humble, responsible, reliable, responsive and willing to work under
pressure
