Responsibilities :
- The process of recruitment, placement, employee assessment and data
collection
- Employees with accurate data collection
- Conducting Coaching Employees
- Nothing responsible and Employees
- The process of payment of salaries, allowances, calculation of the
employee's annual salary adjustments
- Employee Salary Payment on time
- Payment of employee benefits in a timely manner
- Monthly Report for all employees in a timely manner (Recap Branch)
- Administration and Filling Documentation

- Maintain neatness, accuracy and historical employee data
Requirements :
- Education minimum D3 preferably S1 Psychology
- Maximum age 34 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience in their field

Responsibilities :
- JNE to prospective customers Promoting Corporate
- Finding prospective customer to be a corporate customer
- Prepare sales kits (company profile, price list, etc)
- Make an appointment with the pic in the company's authorized
- Follow up back
- Signed a cooperation agreement in the form CCRF
- Providing the best service to customers
- Monthly reports related to the Work
- Creating a progress report of work didepartemennya
- Coordinated with the head office or other branches in accordance with the
functions duties
