HRD MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male, maximun 40 years of age
- Min Bachelor's Degree (preferable Law)
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same field.
- Strong knowledge of labour code and HR best practices
- Has strong leadership character
- Pleasant personality & character
- Be competent in the existing manpower law
- Problem solving skills and can maintain a fairness atmosphere
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Batam
SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR –
JAKARTA
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in SHE or Engineering
- Preferably male
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Familiar with Oiland Gas Industry Standards such as, but not limited to
MIGAS, SII, API, NFPA, ANSI and other National & International Standards
- Extensive competency in QSHE Management System, develop QSHE plan and
operational safety oil & gas production
- Familiar with ISRS, Process Hazard Analysis concepts & application and
various accident investigation techniques
- Understanding in English fluently (oral and written),
- Willing to work cooperately and in any company’s operational area projects
- Allow to submit any expertant sertificates
- Willing to be placed in Batam
PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
- 5+ years experience
- Experience working for a construction contractor
- Experience in planning/scheduling, project control/management, tendering,
contract administration and project reporting
- Exposure to plant construction and activities
- Knowledge of relevant Indonesian Government regulations and manpower
approvals
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients
- A good team player with hands on attitude
- Willing to be placed in Batam
PIPING ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Male, max 40 years old
- Min D-3 Engineering
- Having 5 years or more experience as a Piping Inspector
- Having capabilities to review piping specification (fitting, valve, gasket,
bolting etc) and piping class requirement
- Well understanding on P&ID
- Well understanding on Piping System Management
- Having good understanding and knowledge of ASME code for piping (B31.3,
B31.4 or B31.8) and piping components
- Have capabilities working with AutoCAD, have capabilities working with
Cadwork
- Computer literate, proficient in English
- Willing to be placed in Batam
