production. currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the following
position based at our head office in Cileungsi, Bogor. The position below offers

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, enjoys the challenges of handling a large number of customers, and
is a hands-on individual who is happy to roll-up his/her sleeves and moves
between responsibility levels. He/she must be able to work well independently as
well as in a highly collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Collection Activities
- Collect and manage receivables.
- Call customers and follow up with the status of past due balances.
- Call new customers and complete documentation to ensure invoices are going
to the correct location and person.
- Mail and/or deliver and/or email invoices to the customer.
- Provide weekly AR and collection reports to the head office.
- Resolve and work through customer disputes with amounts invoiced.
- Reconcile customer accounts when the need arises in order to expedite
payment from the customer.
- Identify and report to head office potential exposure with regards to
customers that are having financial difficulty.
- Send out past due notices monthly.
Administration Activities
- Hold petty cash for branch’s operation.
- Lead the office administration and filing.
Requirements:
- Accounting/Finance/Economics/Management education background.
- Solid understanding of collection cycle and banking activities.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in collection.
- Experience in supervising staff.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) is a plus.
- Excellent PC skills, including advanced Microsoft Office experience,
especially Excel.
- Ability to budget time effectively and take initiative.
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
